1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Veya. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The service

Veya is a dating app. Features may include profile creation, matching, messaging, and related functionality.

Veya may be released as a beta or MVP and may change, pause, or remove features at any time.

3. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or exploit other users.
• Upload false, misleading, explicit, illegal, or infringing content.
• Use Veya for spam, commercial solicitation, scams, or illegal activity.
• Attempt to bypass safety, moderation, payment, or security features.
• Share another person’s private information without permission.

4. Safety

You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions with other users. Veya does not guarantee compatibility, conduct, background, identity, or safety of other users. Use caution when meeting anyone in person, meet in public places, and tell someone you trust where you are going.

5. Accounts and content

You are responsible for your account and the content you upload. You grant Veya a licence to host, display, process, and use your content as necessary to operate and improve the service.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we believe these terms, safety rules, or laws have been breached.

6. Paid features

Veya may introduce subscriptions, boosts, premium features, or in-app purchases. Any paid features will be subject to the payment terms shown at the time of purchase and the applicable app store or payment provider rules.

7. Third-party services

Veya may rely on third-party services such as maps, payment processors, analytics tools, and app stores. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, pricing, or conduct outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veya Dating Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Termination

You may stop using Veya at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for users, or use the service unlawfully.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Veya after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
